Marketing Executive

This is a full-time Marketing Executive role in Queensland. The work covers a diverse portfolio of campaigns, brand initiatives and community-focused marketing projects, and you will need to move confidently from planning to coordination to execution without letting standards slip.

Day to day, you will deliver campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinate creative production, support events and sponsorships, manage marketing assets and keep brand communication consistent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run marketing campaigns from start to finish for both community and corporate initiatives, assisting with planning, timelines, briefs and what each delivery requires
  • Produce and coordinate brochures, eDMs, websites, signage, POS materials and other promotional collateral
  • Book photography, video shoots and other creative content, and go to off-site shoots and marketing activities when required
  • Manage social media content, publishing calendars and audience engagement
  • Record all marketing assets and promotional materials accurately, and make sure collateral is distributed and available across sales locations
  • Back sponsorship applications, events and stakeholder activities, and liaise with external creative, media and branding agencies and others
  • Write marketing copy for print and digital channels and keep brand messages consistent across materials
  • Monitor project progress and chase stakeholders so campaigns stay on schedule, juggling competing priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Offer ideas and support new concepts to improve results, working alongside internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • Approximately 3–5 years in professional marketing roles, with demonstrated experience across campaigns, content creation and marketing coordination
  • Practical experience running several marketing projects at once
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline channels
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, take ownership of projects proactively and stay organised and productive when priorities change
  • Property, retail or professional services marketing experience is advantageous
  • You must provide genuine, verifiable information about your qualifications and professional experience
