Position: Brick Paver / Hard Landscaper, commercial landscaping, Western Australia.

You will work in a hands-on team on commercial paving and hard landscaping projects across metropolitan locations. Workers who prove themselves on site may move into a Leading Hand or Supervisory pathway.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow the required safety procedures and site rules at all times
- Carry out brick paving and hard landscaping work
- Prepare ground and surfaces properly for paving
- Set out sites and complete measurements and levels
- Lay pavers with accuracy and speed
- Cut and finish paving materials
- Use trade tools and equipment correctly
- Deliver steady quality on all completed work, in line with site plans and project specifications
- Keep work areas safe and clean
- Communicate well with other team members and travel to different metropolitan project sites
- Take initiative and responsibility for your tasks, and help develop efficient site practices
- Progress towards Leading Hand or supervisory responsibilities where suitable
Requirements & Eligibility
- White Card
- Reliable transport
- Relevant experience in brick paving or hard landscaping
- Practical trade capability you can demonstrate
- Reliable work history and professional work ethic
- Strong eye for detail
- Positive, cooperative attitude
- Able to work alone or with a team
- Willing to travel across the metropolitan area
- Physically able to handle hands-on outdoor work
- Committed to quality and safety, with a genuine interest in a long-term career
- Eligible for employment in Australia; sponsorship available for suitable candidates
