HVAC / Air Conditioning Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and keep all work compliant with industry standards
• Perform HVAC servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance to a high standard
• Handle HVAC installation and commissioning works
• Diagnose technical faults on commercial and light commercial air conditioning systems
• Use your industry knowledge to solve problems effectively and minimise equipment downtime
• Inspect systems so HVAC equipment keeps operating efficiently
• Complete accurate service documentation, reports and maintenance records
• Communicate professionally with customers and give clear technical advice
• Keep tools, equipment and work vehicles in line with company expectations
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver quality service on time
• Show reliability, attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Requirements & Eligibility

• Experienced HVAC / Air Conditioning Technician with a strong service background and minimum 5 years of practical field experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance
• Recognised HVAC, Refrigeration or Air Conditioning qualification
• Demonstrated skill troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC systems
• Strong grasp of refrigeration systems and technical procedures
• Highly regarded: relevant electrical knowledge or licensing
• Advantageous: experience with commercial-scale HVAC equipment
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver's licence
• Verified trade experience and qualifications suitable for international employment
• Eligible candidates will be considered for sponsorship support and the relocation pathway
