Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hairstyling and finishing, including blow-dries, upstyles, braids and occasion styles
Prepare clients for weddings, events and professional photoshoots with looks customised to each person's requirements
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Hold high standards of workmanship and personal presentation
Coordinate with the team to give clients a seamless experience, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace
Support events, campaigns and creative industry projects
Use professional products and equipment correctly
Keep up with current trends and techniques through education programs and industry masterclasses

Requirements & Eligibility

Either a relevant hairstyling qualification or substantial professional experience
Proven ability across a variety of hairstyling techniques
Experience working in a professional salon or a similar environment
Customer service and communication skills of a strong standard
A creative mindset and passion for the beauty industry
Able to work under time pressure without letting quality slip
Professional in appearance, with clients always at the centre
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Committed to ongoing learning and professional development
A team player who is willing to take part in salon, event and creative opportunities
