An established salon group in Western Australia is expanding and needs qualified Hairdressers, Stylists and Colourists who take pride in their work and want to develop in a modern salon. Key Responsibilities

Consult clients on the style they want, assess their hair needs and recommend suitable professional options
Provide cutting, styling and colouring services, along with other appropriate salon treatments
Hold your technical work to a high standard and follow the salon's professional procedures and service standards
Give every client consistent, personalised service
Stay current on techniques, products and trends
Take part in the training and education on offer
Work well with the wider salon team
Support creative projects, photoshoots and fashion-related work
Keep your own presentation and the salon's standards professional

Requirements & Eligibility

Ability to show proof of qualifications and employment history, with relevant experience that must be verifiable through appropriate employment documentation
Certificate III in Hairdressing or an equivalent recognised qualification
Demonstrated professional hairdressing experience, gained in practice as a Hairdresser, Stylist and/or Colourist
Genuine hands-on technical skill you can demonstrate, backed by knowledge of contemporary hairdressing and colouring techniques
Strong communication and client consultation skills, with a professional, customer-focused approach
Ability to work efficiently in a busy salon
Positive attitude and willingness to keep learning
