Key Responsibilities

Consult with each client to identify their individual hair requirements
Provide cutting, styling and colouring to a professional standard, with attentive, professional client service
Carry out balayage and creative colour work
Handle colour correction and corrective colour treatments
Produce personalised colour and styling results
Hold quality and technical standards steady from client to client
Collaborate with fellow salon professionals
Attend ongoing technical training and education
Stay current with new hair trends and industry techniques
Contribute to creative projects, events and salon activities while keeping the workspace clean, organised and professional

Requirements & Eligibility

Can provide evidence backing up your professional experience and skills
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a hairdresser
Background in a premium or high-end salon environment
Demonstrated technical skill with balayage and creative colour
Hands-on experience with colour correction work
Strong cutting and styling ability, with a creative mindset and attention to detail
Confident when consulting with clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional approach to serving clients
Works effectively in a professional team and is willing to keep developing technical expertise
