Key Responsibilities

Keep your salon workspace clean, organised and welcoming
Consult with each client and recommend the styles and treatments that suit them
Deliver professional hairdressing and styling tailored to individual needs, with consistent, quality results in cutting, styling, colouring and other services backed by strong technical knowledge
Earn repeat clients and grow your own following through reliable, personalised service
Hold a professional standard at every appointment
Work towards salon targets without dropping service quality
Keep current with techniques, products and trends, and suggest professional haircare products where they suit the client
Work independently and contribute effectively to the team
Take part in training and ongoing professional development

Requirements & Eligibility

Proven professional experience working as a Hairdresser or Stylist
A relevant hairdressing qualification and/or substantial professional experience
Strong practical understanding of modern hairdressing techniques
Genuine, verifiable industry experience you can demonstrate, with evidence to support your previous professional experience
Confidence in client consultation and styling, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills
Real commitment to quality and client satisfaction
Able to work independently and in a team, and willing to learn and adapt as industry trends evolve
Reliable, well-organised and professionally presented, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
