Key Responsibilities

Represent the business professionally and build positive client relationships
Carry out high-quality garden maintenance on residential and commercial properties, covering pruning, hedging, weeding, planting and plant health management
Keep gardens to a premium standard through close attention to detail and proactive improvement, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending suitable maintenance solutions
Lead and support team members for efficient daily operations, working closely with them to deliver consistent service quality
Share horticulture knowledge and guide junior team members and apprentices
Organise assigned tasks and complete them within the required timeframes
Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and effectively

Requirements & Eligibility

Current manual driver's licence
Demonstrated experience in horticulture, garden maintenance or landscaping
Relevant horticulture qualification or strong industry experience
Confident managing garden maintenance tasks independently, and able to work with hand tools, machinery and industry equipment
Team experience, including supporting others in a leadership capacity
Strong communication, a professional approach and a reliable, honest, committed attitude
Excellent attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and good organisation and time management
