Forklift Service Engineer, Huntingwood, Sydney. This role is for skilled Service Technicians who can demonstrate proven industry capability, reliable workmanship and a firm commitment to quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out diagnostics, pinpoint faults and put effective solutions in place using your technical expertise
Service, repair and maintain advanced material handling equipment at the workshop and at customer locations, including scheduled maintenance to maximise performance and reliability
Handle customer service requests with prompt, professional technical support
Give accurate assessments and recommendations based on the condition of equipment
Record completed work and keep service documentation in order
Apply strong safety awareness in line with Australian workplace standards
Collaborate with experienced technical teams on better service outcomes and grow your product knowledge through ongoing learning and workplace mentoring
Represent the organisation with quality workmanship and customer-focused service

Requirements & Eligibility

Relevant trade qualification supported by practical industry experience
Demonstrated experience as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician or similar technical role, with a minimum three years of hands-on experience in equipment servicing, repairs or maintenance
Strong troubleshooting ability, both mechanical and technical
Effective English communication with customers and team members
Proven commitment to quality, safety and professional standards
Able to provide verified employment history, qualifications and evidence of skills
Willing to relocate and establish a long-term career in Australia, and able to meet Australian visa sponsorship and skills assessment requirements where applicable
Motivated to contribute your skills and experience in a global-standard work environment
