Key Responsibilities

Follow food safety and workplace requirements at every stage
Keep cleanliness and hygiene standards high
Prepare coffee and café beverages and serve them
Give customers professional, welcoming service
Support the day-to-day running of the café and front-of-house
Help with bar operations whenever required
Prep ingredients and assist with food preparation, and carry out kitchen hand and cooking duties in line with your experience
Shift between service and kitchen tasks as operations demand
Keep working efficiently through busy service periods
Communicate clearly with the team and take ownership of your assigned duties until they are reliably done

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated, hands-on experience in the hospitality industry
Strong skills as a barista and in café service
Practical work history as a kitchen hand or cook
Able to work confidently across different hospitality areas
Bar service experience from previous roles is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Proven punctuality and reliability, plus the self-motivation to work independently
A cooperative, positive team attitude and the ability to work under pressure in busy periods
Willing to work flexible hospitality hours, weekends included
Hospitality experience must be capable of being verified
