A well-established early learning provider in Queensland wants 12 Childcare Workers for full-time positions. The employer is looking for caring, motivated early childhood professionals who enjoy creating positive learning experiences and want a lasting career with young children.
Educators at the centre work as a team to support children's development, follow their interests and build solid links with families.

Key Responsibilities
- Stick to workplace policies, child safety procedures and regulatory requirements at all times
- Carry out your work within the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Give children aged 0–6 years attentive care, guidance and supervision
- Keep the room safe, caring and stimulating so every child feels valued and supported
- Grow each child's curiosity, confidence, independence and social development
- Help plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Track how children are progressing and add to documentation, portfolios, electronic programming and developmental records
- Form genuine, respectful bonds with children and their families
- Stay in regular, professional contact with parents, guardians and colleagues
- Partner closely with other educators so care is consistent and of a high standard
- Put forward activities and ideas that get children learning and taking part, and support each child's needs, interests and goals
- Keep the centre positive and inclusive
- Attend training, professional development and team activities
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Queensland Blue Card or the ability to obtain one, plus the ability to pass a National Police Check
- First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain the required certifications
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, either completed or being studied now; Diploma-qualified candidates are also encouraged
- Overseas candidates must satisfy applicable qualification and ACECQA assessment requirements, show English language proficiency suitable for the relevant visa pathway and meet applicable Australian visa and sponsorship conditions
- Real passion for caring for and educating young children, with the goal of a long-term career in the Australian early childhood sector
- Warm, patient and upbeat with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to earn the trust of children, families and colleagues
- Dependable, responsible and professional
- Strong at teamwork and collaboration
- Enthusiastic, energetic, willing to learn, and flexible and open-minded with children and educators
- Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- At ease using computers and electronic documentation systems
