Key Responsibilities

Follow workplace health and safety rules and food hygiene requirements at all times
Turn out high-quality food prep and service in a professional kitchen
Cook dishes with advanced culinary techniques while holding consistency and presentation standards
Back up daily kitchen operations across preparation, service and coordination, and handle multiple priorities when service volume is high
Work with other chefs and hospitality professionals to keep service delivery smooth
Apply sound knowledge of food handling, preparation methods and kitchen procedures, and control quality through every stage of production
Help build a positive, efficient team culture in a busy kitchen
Keep developing your culinary knowledge and professional kitchen skills

Requirements & Eligibility

Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or similar professional kitchen, as a qualified Chef with recognised culinary qualifications and relevant industry experience
Ability to prove genuine hands-on cooking skills and industry capability, backed by previous experience in a structured hospitality environment
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation and service standards
Ability to provide a verified employment background and professional references
Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving, plus commitment to high standards of food quality and customer experience
