Key Responsibilities

Follow food safety procedures at all times
Keep hygiene standards high throughout the kitchen
Prepare and cook a variety of high-quality dishes to customer expectations
Handle food preparation tasks and keep kitchen operations running smoothly
Deliver consistent food quality, presentation and portions
Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to keep service efficient
Assist with stock control and ingredient preparation
Keep the kitchen organised, clean and compliant with workplace standards
Support menu execution in busy service periods
Contribute to a positive, professional team environment
Share knowledge with colleagues
Support continuous improvement in the kitchen

Requirements & Eligibility

Proven Chef experience in a commercial hospitality environment, such as busy restaurants, hotels or similar food service operations
Ability to maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service, backed by a strong understanding of kitchen procedures, food safety and hygiene
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Relevant culinary training or industry experience preferred
