Sydney's harbourside dining scene has a kitchen vacancy for a Chef de Partie, plus room for commis chefs. The venue is a bar and restaurant that has done well and now wants an experienced CDP to strengthen its dynamic team.
Expect lunch and dinner service 6 days a week, with a kitchen that pushes an explorative approach and checks the detail on every plate. Work is open full-time, part-time or casual, on a flexible rotating roster. Sponsorship is there for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle mise-en-place preparation and its freshness
- Keep stock in optimum condition at all times
- Cook and serve food to the restaurant's standards for quality and service
- Train kitchen staff on the instruction of the Chef-in-charge
- Own safety and cleanliness in every kitchen task and in food storage
- Hold the kitchen team to high performance and contribute to harmony among all staff in the restaurant
Requirements & Eligibility
- 2-3 years' experience minimum in a similar role
- Passion for cooking
- Punctual, hard-working and a team player who supports a culture of teamwork
- Enthusiasm plus willingness to learn
