Experienced Carpenters: this one is for tradespeople who can prove what they do. The work is on premium residential projects across NSW, including new builds, renovations, structural carpentry and high-end finishing.

You need genuine residential construction experience and a consistent record of quality workmanship. Expect to back up your skills with a clear employment history, relevant qualifications and practical experience, so have your documents in order.

Key Responsibilities

Keep to workplace health and safety procedures
Complete renovation and new-build residential carpentry to a high professional standard
Handle framing, structural timber work and installation
Carry out detailed finishing and fit-out
Interpret construction plans and measurements
Measure, cut and fit materials with accuracy
Take charge of assigned tasks and site activities, working efficiently without losing quality or accuracy
Work alongside supervisors, builders and other trades
Identify routine carpentry issues on site and resolve them
Look after tools and equipment and keep work areas clean, organised and safe

Requirements & Eligibility

Hold a current White Card
Valid driver's licence, your own reliable transport and your own standard carpentry tools
Demonstrated professional Carpenter experience
Relevant trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience
Residential carpentry experience that is genuine and verifiable
Employment history that clearly shows relevant trade experience
Ability to back up your application with employment or qualification evidence
Strong practical understanding of residential construction
Can read plans and follow technical instructions
Consistent attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and professional work habits
Good teamwork and communication skills
