Key Responsibilities

Train new and existing staff on service and operating procedures, and back their performance with ongoing coaching for improvement
Take charge of daily Front of House and coffee service, guiding the team through each shift
Keep customer service and drinks preparation at a consistently high standard
Lead from the front by working hands-on
Coordinate service during peak periods and handle customer issues properly as they arise
Uphold presentation, cleanliness and workplace standards
Assist with staff scheduling and shift organisation
Drive venue KPIs and operational objectives while building an energetic, professional and welcoming culture

Requirements & Eligibility

Willingness to provide supporting proof of relevant employment experience
Demonstrated professional hospitality experience, specifically as a Barista, Head Barista, Supervisor or Front of House Manager
Proven ability to take responsibility for team and service operations, including training, supporting and motivating others
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence in a fast-paced hospitality environment and the ability to stay focused and solution-oriented during busy shifts
Demonstrated reliability, organisation and time management
Strong attention to service quality and workplace presentation
A confident, positive approach to customer-facing duties
