Key Responsibilities

Consult clients on their preferences and recommend suitable styles
Deliver professional haircuts and grooming for male clients, including fades, skin fades and precision styles
Carry out beard shaping, trimming and grooming
Use accurate cutting, blending and finishing techniques and hold the same quality on every service
Provide a welcoming, professional experience and build trust with regular customers
Prepare and maintain barbering tools and equipment, and keep the workstation clean, hygienic and organised
Comply with the hygiene and safety practices that apply in the workplace
Work fast during busy periods while keeping attention to detail and supporting a positive, professional team environment
Track current trends in men's grooming and new barbering techniques

Requirements & Eligibility

Proven professional work experience as a Barber
Demonstrated skill in men's haircutting and styling
Strong ability with fades, skin fades and blending techniques
Hands-on experience delivering beard trimming and grooming services
A relevant barbering qualification and/or proven industry experience
Evidence of previous barbering employment or experience that you can provide
Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
Professional manner and a customer-focused approach
Reliability and punctuality
Commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work both independently and within a team
A professional personal appearance
Willingness to commit to full-time work
