Employment options: full-time, part-time and casual
Pay: competitive, approximately $38–$65 per hour depending on experience
Relocation: eligible candidates who relocate may receive an incentive of up to $2,500, subject to applicable conditions

Key Responsibilities

Maintain dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
Deliver professional haircuts, fades and contemporary barbering, along with beard trimming, shaping and grooming
Use strong technical skill to produce accurate, consistent results
Discuss what each client prefers and recommend styles that suit them
Give every client a welcoming, professional experience
Keep precision, presentation and workmanship at a high standard
Build lasting, positive client relationships
Keep workstations and equipment clean and hygienic, following health, safety and hygiene procedures
Manage appointments and get services done efficiently
Stay current with barbering trends, techniques and styles
Cooperate with other team members
Help create a positive, professional atmosphere in the shop

Requirements & Eligibility

Australian work rights or eligibility for a suitable work visa
Proven professional experience as a Barber
Strong hands-on capability in cutting and fading
Demonstrated beard grooming and styling experience
Consistently produces high-quality barbering results
Strong customer service and communication
Professional attitude, presentation and excellent attention to detail
Reliable, motivated and committed to quality
Confident working independently and as part of a team
A relevant barbering qualification or demonstrable industry experience, plus the ability to verify your qualifications, experience and trade capability
Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply
