Position: full-time Barber / Hairdresser with a well-established men's grooming business in Western Australia, Australia.

The salon is busy, and the employer wants an experienced, customer-focused professional who delivers high-quality barbering and hairdressing. You will handle a wide range of men's grooming services and keep customer service and professional standards consistently high.

Key Responsibilities

Keep a clean, organised and hygienic salon, cleaning and sanitising all tools and equipment to hygiene standards
Deliver haircuts, styling and finishing with scissors, clippers and razors across modern and classic men's styles
Perform skin fades, beard trims, moustache grooming and traditional shaving
Apply colour, bleach, perms and other chemical hair treatments when required
Shampoo and condition hair and scalp, and advise clients on hairstyles, grooming and hair care products
Handle appointment scheduling and customer payments when required
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements & Eligibility

Weekend availability as part of a full-time roster
Strong technique with scissors, clippers and skin fades
Hands-on experience in beard styling, moustache grooming and traditional shaving
Capable of delivering a wide range of men's haircutting and grooming services
Minimum three years working as a Barber or Hairdresser in a busy barbershop or salon
Excellent communication and customer service skills, delivered with a professional, friendly, team-first approach
Highly regarded: experience with colouring, bleaching, perming and other chemical treatments
