Key Responsibilities

Manage the bar's daily operations
Keep service to guests at a consistently high standard
Build a creative line-up of non-alcoholic drinks and pairing experiences
Develop seasonal drinks from fresh fruit, herbs and botanicals, testing ingredients, flavours and presentation to produce something distinctive
Hold beverage quality, presentation and service steady
Keep bar and service areas clean, organised and professionally maintained, and uphold hygiene, safety and operational standards
Collaborate with the broader hospitality team
Learn the fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and growing environment, and use that knowledge to give guests a more engaging experience
Feed new ideas into the development of the beverage program

Requirements & Eligibility

At least 1 year in bar management or a similar hospitality role
A genuine, verifiable record of relevant employment, with evidence of employment history, skills and qualifications where required
Willingness to complete identity and employment verification checks
Demonstrated ability to create cocktails, mocktails or innovative drinks, with a creative approach to beverage development
Strong customer service and communication skills, professional presentation and a positive attitude
Interest in fresh, seasonal and produce-focused hospitality
Ability to work in New South Wales
