This is a Baker position for someone ready to go further in the trade. A well-known bakery in Western Australia's South West is hiring, with Bunbury as the nearest main city.
You will produce bread and pastry alongside the Bread Team Leader and the Production Manager. Expect early starts: 2am to 12pm, Monday to Thursday. That is 4 days and a 38 hour week, overtime if necessary, weekends off.

Key Responsibilities
- Mix white doughs and shape sourdough for production
- Operate a three level bread oven for sourdough bakes
- Roll puff pastry and manage stock
- Apply sound fermentation knowledge to sourdough and croissant dough
Requirements & Eligibility
- A demonstrated passion for quality cabinet products
- Team experience
- Experience in preparation, service and kitchen management
- Volume bakery experience
- Formal commercial cooking trade qualifications or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- HACCP experience desirable, with high emphasis on food hygiene
- Commercial bread oven operating experience
- Positive attitude and energetic work ethic
- Ability to adapt
- Able to work very early hours
