Key Responsibilities

Truck Mechanic: carry out truck servicing and preventative maintenance
Truck Mechanic: check brakes, steering, wheel bearings and connected systems, and track down mechanical faults with computerised diagnostic equipment
Truck Mechanic: fix or swap out components such as bearings, gears and valves, and service cooling and heating systems
Truck Mechanic: road test vehicles after repairs, check emissions and running performance, confirm component measurements and clearances, and work safely and accurately in the workshop
Welder: interpret technical drawings and plans, then perform MIG, TIG and other welding processes
Welder: handle field welding and installation, including ductwork, metal sheeting, fixtures, vents and related components
Welder: pick suitable materials and fillers, coordinate with field and installation teams, and grind and deburr finished welds
Welder: hold quality and safety standards and avoid wasting materials
Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: operate waste collection vehicles for rubbish and sani-bin services, and collect and deliver freight and waste bins
Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: run routine vehicle checks and report faults
Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: maintain and clean the yard, carry out night fogging, mow lawns, trim trees and assist with digging, labouring and general operations
Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: deal with customers professionally
Senior Pest Control Technician: inspect properties, find pest activity and possible entry points, and identify and assess infestations
Senior Pest Control Technician: recommend treatment, prevention and ongoing pest management services, and give customers sound professional advice
Senior Pest Control Technician: treat termites, ants and other insects, set rodent traps and bait systems, and remove wasp, hornet and bee nests safely
Senior Pest Control Technician: seal gaps that let pests in, and handle chemicals and treatment equipment safely
Contracts Administrator: keep contract and project documents in order, process related paperwork, and track schedules and contractual requirements
Contracts Administrator: monitor contractor work and variations, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades, respond to contract enquiries and support successful delivery of contracted work
Finance / Office Manager: run financial and office administration, and support office operations, recruitment and staff development
Finance / Office Manager: prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow forecasts, and provide financial information to management
Finance / Office Manager: analyse performance and business trends, monitor the financial position, oversee reconciliations and reporting, keep financial policies and procedures current, monitor tax and reporting compliance, and build business strategies on financial analysis
Accounts Officer: keep bookkeeping and financial records accurate, prepare and process invoices and payments, and manage payables and receivables
Accounts Officer: reconcile bank statements and transactions, monitor expenses and petty cash, process refunds and employee expense claims, and follow up outstanding payments
Accounts Officer: respond to financial enquiries from clients, suppliers and staff, and assist finance management and external accountants

Requirements & Eligibility

Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: you need a current Manual Driver Licence, a current HR vehicle licence and a clean driving record
Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: waste truck experience is advantageous; rear-loader, hook-lift, front-lift or side-arm vehicle experience is also advantageous
Truck Driver / Multi-Skilled Technician: ability to take on varied operational duties
Contracts Administrator: contracts, project or administration experience, strong document control and organisation, the ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers and trades, and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple priorities
Welder: welding qualification or equivalent practical experience, demonstrated MIG, TIG or other welding experience, the ability to interpret plans and technical drawings, and knowledge of welding safety and quality standards
Senior Pest Control Technician: relevant pest control qualification, certification or licence, and professional pest control experience
Senior Pest Control Technician: knowledge of pest identification, treatment and prevention, safe handling of pest control chemicals and equipment, and strong customer service skills
Truck Mechanic: diesel, heavy vehicle or mechanical qualification; previous truck or heavy vehicle mechanic experience; hands-on use of computerised diagnostic systems; strong mechanical fault-finding and repair skills; and commitment to safe and quality workmanship
